COMMENT ABOUT THE THIRD PROJECT

In this third period, with the things related to English I learned that is very important to work in team and so is the organization and participation in every team member to be able to accomplish the project in mind. I lived this situation with my team because this last period we had to make a play with a nice plot for children, it had to have songs and we had to be able to interact with the audience, which I though and interesting experience: at the beggining my team and I had certain struggles to agree what play we were going to present, after that I could see the effort that everyone did in the upcoming days.

In my personal opinion, the truth is that it was a nice and interesting experience, due to the fact that I’m a person that suffer from stage fright and it gets a little frighten to me to be able to interact with the audience and with this play I could face  that fear, with some dialogues that I had to say, I made to speak English so it helped me a lot of to realize of my mistakes and a way to be getting better. To have a better development and to fight against my fears and nerves.

I really like this third period because of the project and also because we had many dynamic and funnier classes, I felt less stress and we worked as the same way as the other periods, I will love to live this experience again because it help me with my development as a person also by having more trust on me.

COMMENT ABOUT THE UNIT 3 AND THE SECOND PROJECT

I think that the unit 3 was good because it spoke about interesting topics that are related with the health problems and things that happen in our real life like disable people, people that suffer stress that are related with emotion problems produced by factors like pressure in the job, economic and familiar conflicts; I liked this unit because it explained some important points about those topics and my partners and me had chance to share our opinions and also we learned some techniques used for cure or control the sickness like “laugh therapy” that according to investigations it helps so much. So I learned to identify and use main ideas and details of listening passages from interpret the information and understand what I want to express.

Related to the interview, it was an amazing experience because I could interact with the attendant equipment of Fiesta Americana Hotel and he was so nice and he answered the questions giving some details about the services that the hotel give to disable people, despite he didn’t has a good pronunciation, he tried to give me the interview without problems and had a good disposition with me.  In my personal opinion, I think that this project was an interesting work to know some places that have services to disable people because this is a normal situation that actually we are living and these people also deserve a good treatment.

Finally, I think that disable people have the same rights that others and it is very important to accept them, make them feel that they belong to a group and create a nice ambient.

MY OPINION ABOUT THIS FIRST PROYECT

I think that this proyect was a interesting experience because I could face my nervousness front the public and also I shared a little piece of my life with my classmates. I need to make better in the pronunciation of some words and to practice more because I need to extend my vocabulary. With this proyect I learned that all the people have mistakes and we are in English classes to learn and to make better day by day.
